This presentation will provide a practical overview on implementing a Cat Friendly; approach within the veterinary practice, with useful tips for nurses, receptionists and vets alike. The ethos and practical aspects of cat-friendly working will be covered, which can result in improved patient and staff welfare, greater staff job satisfaction, and client retention. The ISFM Cat-Friendly Clinic accreditation will be discussed along with the evidence base for a feline-friendly approach.
