The real silent witness: Giving animals a voice in crime detection

Animals can be involved in crime as victims of neglect and abuse, perpetrators of violence or be innocent witnesses to crimes committed in their environment. In this lecture we will look at all of these and explore the ways that the veterinary profession is increasing being used to assist in the investigation of everyday crimes.
