Team Vet: Collaboratively managing chronic conditions

By utilising RVNs knowledge and experience in case management, veterinary surgeons can streamline and delegate their services and RVNs can be empowered to be an integral part to managing cases holistically. This results in greater career satisfaction, better case compliance, stronger client-practice bond and rapport and allows the whole vet team to use their time effectively and efficiently.
This session will focus on OA management as a real-life example, but points can be extrapolated to other chronic illnesses and conditions.
