Queen of Denial: How Cats Show (& Hide) Pain & What to Do About It

Over the recent decade, there has been increased awareness of pain and attention to the alleviation of pain in cats. Investigation has focused primarily on chronic musculoskeletal pain. The purpose of this presentation is to identify musculoskeletal as well as other types of inflammatory and neuropathic pain in cats, alleviate it and, when possible, prevent it.
