Impinging spinous processes: Inject, snip or chop, what’s best?

Impingement of the dorsal spinous processes is a common cause of back pain in horses however in any individual it can be hard to know what is going to be the best course of treatment. In this lecture we will explore the condition and the options that we have regarding treatment.
