While diabetes and hyperthyroidism are the most common feline endocrine disorders, with the recent recognition of hyperaldosteronemia we have an oft overlooked condition to treat. Acromegaly may be an inapparent, yet potentially treatable underlying problem in a portion of diabetic patients. The indications for looking for these conditions will be discussed along with therapy. Finally, an update on thyroid disease will be given.
