The goal is to empower you, the nursing team, to take lead on quality improvement, but firstly we need to discuss what quality improvement is and why it is important. Together, we will look into the tools that are readily available and how we can implement this in practice. We wish for nurses to come away and feel inspired about change and improving both patient and self care.
