Diagnosing Cushing's Disease - Stats and Graphs (WWV 2024)

Interpretation of ACTH stimulation tests and dexamethasone suppression tests can be challenging. Simply choosing the right test can also be confusing. Dr. Byron discusses the pros and cons of each and when they are best opted for. During an interactive session, she will engage the audience in interpreting test results in several different cases.

• Determine the best diagnostic test for hyperadrenocorticism in a patient based on index of suspicion and the pros and cons of each
• Interpret low and high dose dexamethasone test results
