"There is an easier way to extract teeth, by using the soft tissue that lies alongside it – the periodontal ligament. 
This is a visual and practical demonstration session, without Powerpoint!  We're going to show you the fine detail of the PDL and how you can use that knowledge to make dental extractions make sense.
We will cover exactly how to use thin edged elevation and luxation blades in both simple and surgical extractions.
Ivan will also discuss a new simple method to keep your instrument edges in perfect condition.
Associated with this lecture, you will have the opportunity to use instruments to extract teeth on a surgical model and fine tune your technique."
