Understanding owner experiences and attitudes to veterinary care of their pets are key to maximising compliance, and satisfaction of both owners and the veterinary team. This talk will review the latest findings from research into owner experiences of a range of conditions managed in general practice, highlighting common themes and strategies to adopt in the consulting room.
