    Incivility is defined as rude or unsociable speech or behaviour. Sadly, almost all of us have heard, seen or been subjected to rude or uncivil behavior within veterinary practice from both clients and colleagues. But perhaps we aren’t fully aware of the impact incivility it can have on us as individuals, as part of a wider team and on our patients. In this session learn about the impact of incivility on our performance, how it affects job retention, and importantly discover established tools to manage and improve incivility in the workplace.
