Every veterinary hospital is looking for a competitive advantage. One variable clearly differentiates "one-hit wonders" from sustainable business success. Consistently, businesses that support the psychological well-being of their employees do better. In this session, we’ll explore the research-based science behind employee happiness and make an evidence-based case for cultivating well-being in the veterinary workplace. Participants will gain an understanding of what defines well-being and how it benefits the organization. Attendees will also be presented with simple tools for enhancing employee well-being in their hospitals.
