Engaging meaningfully with issues of diversity and inclusion - moving beyond the question of why boys don't choose veterinary science

This session will share findings from large scale research studies on the reasons for ongoing and entrenched inequalities in science participation. The session also shares insights from research conducted with teachers and informal science learning educators to co-design new tools and approaches that can support more socially just and equitable STEM engagement and participation.
