An interactive discussion and demonstration of how building a mentoring and coaching culture can unlock potential in the veterinary workplace and deliver results.

• Be able to explain the difference between coaching and mentoring
• Reflect on their own goals for being a coach or mentor
• Consider what makes a good coach or mentor
• Discussed how coaching and mentoring can enhance psychological safety and inclusion in the workplace
• Discussed ways in which a coaching culture can be fostered and why this is important
• Had the opportunity to ask questions
