The Wheel of Fun: A Practical Toolkit for Team Engagement and Workplace Culture (Workshop) (NYVET2025)

We will utilize my spinning prize wheel that has been turned into, “The Wheel of Fun”, to choose the topics we discuss during the session.
Topics range from simple ideas like staff valentines or ways to get your clients involved in appreciating your team to an all-out Veterinary Olympics or a full Team Week!
Each idea comes with a to-do list and a budget so you can easily start planning right away!
We will also discuss how I implemented each idea and the reactions or feedback from my team.
Each participant will leave with a QR code link to my presentation to go back and reference the fun!
