We may be moving on from covid but practices are still feeling the effects, none more so than frontline staff. An increase in demand and other challenges have made the chronic issue of staff wellbeing a priority area the industry needs to address. As someone who lives by positivity, Jamie will share insights on the importance of positive feedback loops for the benefit of both clients and the team.
