At the end of 2023, Provet Cloud published major research into the evolving role of technology and digital tools in UK veterinary practices. With responses from over 700 vets, nurses and practice managers, our session will provide key findings, insights and opinions from across the veterinary community.
We reveal the current state of adoption of various digital tools, along with attitudes towards technology and its impact on both clinical staff and pet parents.
We also discuss the key challenges associated with technology adoption and what is holding vets back from ‘going digital’. The data in our presentation paints a landscape that continues to grapple with the challenges of outdated systems, unwilling leadership, and the reality that not every digital solution follows through on its promise.
We’ll debunk some of the myths and misinformation surrounding digital tools and show you some prime examples of how they can make life easier for over-stretched practice staff.
The session will be made up of 2 sections. In the first section, Scott will be discussing results of our survey and in the second section, Matt will present a demo of some of the digital tools we reference in the seminar that are currently available.
