Setting-up and scaling-up your new practice: Learning from experience

This talk is in 2 halves. The first half, which is entitled "The First One million Pounds of turnover" is delivered by Brian Faulkner. This part of the talk focuses on the key considerations required to launch and boost growth of a start-up veterinary practice. The second half, which is entitled "Boosting Turnover from One million to Five Million Pounds" is delivered by Tracey Morley Jewkes. This part of the talk focuses on the key considerations required during the scale up phase of a practice.
