Safety saves sickness, suffering and sadness

How safety culture drives exceptional care: Assuming we are all competent in our roles the single biggest impact on clinical outcomes for our patients is collaboration within our team. For us to work together and communicate successfully we need an improvement culture and; one where we feel safe and supported and everyone has the opportunity to contribute to improvements. This discussion will cover how to lead and facilitate this culture and examples of how it drives successful improvement projects and enables teams to thrive.
