Photochemical Laser Applications: Utilizing High Photon Energy for Mitochondrial Healing (NYV 2024)

This 1-hour seminar will cover the dermal and musculoskeletal indications for laser therapy. The different wavelengths of light within Class 2 lasers (Violet, Green, and Red) will be discussed, as well as research on violet and green lasers that leads to additional indications for these wavelengths. Case studies for several conditions will be presented. Finally, ample time for questions and answers will be provided to ensure a complete understanding.

Second Hour: Research behind violet and green laser for specific indications, Laser Therapy for Musculoskeletal Conditions, Laser Therapy for Dermal Conditions, Case Studies

• This presentation will cover research on green and violet lasers. Attendees will be taught to use lasers to treat dermal and musculoskeletal conditions. After this teaching the practitioner should be able to apply this knowledge to decide what type of laser to have in their clinic and how to use each class of laser clinically. Attendees should be able to choose the right type of laser therapy for an individual patient based on what the indications are for that laser and avoid contraindications.
