Looking Back/Looking Forward: Heritage and Innovation in Dermatology

In this presentation we focus on the time period following the release of the innovative therapies Apoquel and Cytopoint into the veterinary market for treatment of canine allergic and atopic dermatitis. We will examine the evolution of treatment guidelines, understanding of allergic disease and the evidence base behind these groundbreaking products. We will also consider the importance of the Human Animal Bond and how effective therapy can positively impact this.
