Patient lifestyle assessment is key to responsible and sustainable parasiticide prescribing in companion animal practice. One size does not fit all. Professor Morgan will focus on the benefits of parasite control- roundworm, lungworm, tapeworm and ectoparasites and will discuss the benefits of assessing the patient as an individual to optimise animal health and welfare with a One Health outlook. Elanco will introduce ‘Pet Persona’, a lifestyle assessment tool to help busy practitioners make more informed prescribing decisions- for the pet, pet owner and the environment.
