IMHA: When blood is thinner than water

Patients with IMHA often present as an emergency. They can be critically ill and require intensive care. We will discuss how to diagnose cases and to investigate for underlying causes. Transfusion medicine will be discussed and we will use a real life case example to demonstrate a structured approach to investigation and management.
