How does your workplace culture impact team dynamics

We hear much in the veterinary profession about the importance of a healthy workplace culture.  Yet as a topic it can feel complex, and at times overwhelming and challenging to know where and how to start when we want to implement change.  As veterinary teams, we have experienced many challenges over the last few years, and how well we are able to work together and support each other within our teams is vital to patient safety and our own wellbeing.  This session will explore the relationship between our workplace culture and the dynamics of the team, and how we can influence positive change in these areas.
