Our profession is unique and brilliant; full of highly skilled people whose drive is to support animal welfare, proactively be part of the human-animal conversation in its many diverse forms and conduct research which will help animals, people and society alike.
With this diversity comes different requirements for thriving. At its core though is the culture we create as individuals, teams, and organisations. However, what do we mean by culture?
This panel discussion will explore the meaning of culture and how it can relate to thriving in practice. We will take a journey starting with an exploration of ideas from other industries to how it can be applied in reality in a busy veterinary workplace.
