Fluid in the wrong place: Diagnostic approach to pleural and abdominal effusions in dogs and cats

In this session we will review the pathophysiology of effusion development, to consider how this enables us to not only categorise effusions, but also refine our differential diagnoses lists and prioritise adjunctive diagnostic tests for patients presenting with effusions.
