Farm EMS is vital to ensure vet students are motivated to join the agricultural sector, but the exposure to farm work at Uni is less than it was, and getting a placment in a farm practice is hard, with the increasing student numbers and fewer farm practices with seasonality also an issue.
How can we improve the quality of EMS, how can we inspire the next generation into the sector, ultimatly how can we do better?
