Difficult or in distress? Empowering neurodivergent colleagues in the workplace

In this session Kirstie will outline neurodivergent culture, explain the often serious consequences of this culture being misunderstood or ignored, and detail the process of provding reasonable adjustments. A new Vetlife resource, sponsored by Zoetis, on neurodiversity for employees and employers will also be launched.
