Diagnostic approach to soft tissue injuries of the pastern and digital flexor tendon sheath

An overview of the diagnostic approach involved to accurately identify soft tissue injuries affecting the pastern and digital flexor tendon sheath. This talk shall focus on manica flexoria tears, longitudinal marginal tears of the deep digital flexor tendon, palmar/plantar annular ligament (PAL) constriction and injuries to the distal sesamoidean ligaments.

Learning Outcomes
To feel confident about how to diagnose these injuries accurately using a variety of diagnostic techniques. To appreciate the limitations of certain diagnostics and alternative options that are available.
