In a conversation on increasing access to care, Dr. Elyse Pendergast, DVM, Area Medical Director with Petco, will discuss the range of care options veterinary teams can offer across a spectrum of care — from standard to complex. She will answer questions such as: what happens if a family cannot or does not wish to pursue a specific medical recommendation? How can we tailor diagnostic and treatment options? How can we feel good about the care options we present to clients? Dr. Pendergast will share real veterinary case studies to show how the spectrum of care can be applied.
