Chronic pancreatitis in dogs: A diagnostic and management challenge

Chronic pancreatitis is difficult to diagnose using non-invasive methods in dogs, hence a strong index of suspicion is required to confirm the diagnosis. This talk will focus on clinical presentation, imaging and laboratory testing that can aid in diagnosis. Treatment options for underlying causes, pain and inflammation associated with chronic pancreatitis will be discussed.
