Discussion will cover minimum size and data baselines required to attract a buyer. Even large practices may not be attractive to buyers without minimum adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA). Small one or two doctor practices may not be attractive to buyers regardless of the adjusted EBITDA depending on location and doctor work schedule. We will discuss what sellers can do to make their practice saleable and to whom they can sell, if it is small in revenue or low doctor numbers or remote in location.
