This session will share insights from recent VCMS complaint mediations and resolutions, to explore current themes and trends in veterinary client complaints. Considering the insight from both a practice and dispute resolution focus, attendees have the chance to reflect on approaches to complaints and consider alternative strategies which can help reduce complaint and also manage issues at an earlier stage.
