Workplace-based learning and reflection: CPD and VetGDP

This session will focus on workplace-based learning and the role of reflection as part of lifelong learning. The Veterinary Graduate Development Programme (VetGDP) helps new graduates and VetGDP Advisers identify learning opportunities in the workplace. Workplace-based learning can also be a rich source of CPD for more experienced members of the practice team. When combined with reflection, it can have significant impact on improving behaviour, knowledge and skills.  There will be plenty of time for a Q&A about VetGDP and CPD, so please join us to find out more.
