Triaditis (triad syndrome) is the concurrent state of pancreatitis, cholangiohepatitis/cholangitis, and inflammatory bowel disease. Patients who are hospitalized for triaditis have a myriad of issues that need to be addressed simultaneously and a comprehensive nursing care plan is recommended.
