In this overview of ultrasonography of the flexor tendons and suspensor ligament we will cover a variety of techniques including on and off-incidence, non-weight bearing views, doppler, dynamic assessment and the standard imaging technique. The aim of this session is to equip you with a diverse set of skills to assist you in performing a diagnostic ultrasound assessment of the distal limb. We will also discuss, optimising your ultrasound machine set up, common pathologies not to miss and common artefacts or anatomical variations not to mistake for pathology.
