A Quick Overview of Vet Show Academy:
Where do my courses go after I buy them?
After purchasing a course from Vet Show Academy, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to create a username and password. That username and password will give you access to the Learning Dashboard where all your purchased courses will be located.
How many times can I take each course?
You will have access to your purchased course videos for 12 months after the purchase date and can watch them as many times as you’d like. One CE/CPD certificate will be made per course for the account user.
How do I access my CE/CPD certificates?
After watching a course video, click the “Complete” button located directly under the video. If the course is RACE approved, you will have to take a short quiz and receive a 70% or higher to qualify for the CE/CPD credit. To access a certificate after completing a course, click on “My Certificates” located under your username on the top menu of your learning dashboard. You will be able to download your certificates directly to your computer.
Can multiple people share one account?
There can only be one username per account. One CE/CPD certificate will be made per course and this will be in the account user's name.
Are Vet Show Academy Courses RACE approved?
We have a selection of RACE approved courses. You can see if a course is RACE approved by reading the course description and seeing the RACE logo. After purchasing and watching the course video, you will have to take a short quiz and receive a 70% or higher to qualify for the RACE approved CE/CPD credit.
