
The session will detail how to investigate recurrent colic, detailing how to use physical examination, endoscopy, abdominal ultrasound and clinical pathology in formulating a presumptive diagnosis. Treatment and management options will be covered. The session will be case based fostering an understanding of what causes recurrent abdominal pain, how it changes and the interplay between aetiology, clinical presentation, diagnostic imaging and treatment response.
