Wildlife casualties may be presented in practice for many different reasons. Working with these cases can be a fascinating change from more routine presentations, and hugely rewarding in the cases with a successful outcome. There are however, the challenges of dealing with an unknown species, often with unfamiliar diseases, within a practice setup usually not designed for wild animals, and generally within the confines of a strict budget.This lecture will cover how to triage and provide first-aid for injured wildlife
